Rastelli's Seafood Expansion, Egg Harbor, NJ - Project Scope: 50,000 s.f. Addition to an existing corporate headquarters. Project Solution: William McLees Architecture worked with Rastelli's Seafood to design the addition to the facility. The proposed addition will provide new freezer storage and packing areas as well as offices and employee support spaces. The practice offered a modular design solution which allows Rastelli's to phase the expansion plans to adjust to changing economic conditions.
