Ocean Terrace Condominium Residences, Atlantic City, NJ - William McLees Architecture worked with Gurwicz Enterprises on the renovation and expansion of an existing 10 story apartment building to create Ocean Terrace, 107 unit luxury condominium residences with a new pool, health club and spa (to completed in phase 2). Phase one of the 250,000 s.f. Renovation was completed summer 2009.
