Ocean City, NJ - Project Scope: 10,000 s.f. renovation including the addition of 9 new lanai guest suites with boardwalk or pool side patio areas. Project Solution: William McLees Architecture worked with the client in this challenging project to create the lanai suites - complete with nautical themed interior decor - while maintaining the privacy of the units in such close proximity to the amusements at the famed Ocean City Boardwalk. The project was completed in 2009.
