2 Electronics Drive, Hamilton, NJ - Project Scope: BTR Capital Group contacted the firm to design a new 50,000 s.f. corporate office/research facility at their Hamilton, NJ property to realize the full potential of their Princeton area development. Project Solution: William McLees Architecture proposed a transit-oriented building and site solution, to take advantage of the proximity to the Hamilton Rail Station. A flexible building solution was designed for the property, incorporating green-build design principals.
