Linwood, NJ - A new 2 story 2,200 s.f pool house/guest residence situated on an estate parcel along Linwood's "gold coast". The house was designed to function as a pool and guest house for the property but may be subdivided and expanded in the future as a single family residence. The home, completed in 2006, provides folding doors that open along the meadow front to a sweeping patio area with pool. The open plan allows for a large entertainment space, with an expo kitchen included in the design. Exterior bathroom facilities were incorporated for the patio area.
